1. Legal Compliance Audits: We conduct legal compliance audits and work with our clients to correct any issues that arise in order to ensure that our customers are legally compliant with South African Occupational Health and Safety Legislation in their workplace. This includes evaluating system documentation and the physical condition of the workplace to determine the effectiveness and level of compliance of your safety management system.

2. Internal Audits and Gap Analysis: We provide Internal and GAP analysis Audits services to our customers to compare their current management system to the requirements of our customers preferred ISO standards. The gap analysis identifies areas where our customers management system does not meet the requirements and is typically performed as part of a process for assessing our customers system’s readiness for certification it is typically performed at the start of the certification journey to compare what is currently in place to the set of requirements for which each standard is to be implemented.

3. Consulting & Implementation: We provide a variety of consulting implementation services to our customers, ensuring that their health and safety and or ISO management systems are up to date and in compliance with the latest regulations and requirements of our customers preferred ISO standards.

4. Accident investigations and root cause analysis: In the event of an accident, we conduct an official investigation or Root Cause analysis to identify hazards and risks within in your health and safety programs or management system. We work with you to implement corrective measures to avoid future accidents because we believe that systematically preventing and resolving underlying issues is far more effective than treating ad hoc symptoms and putting out fires.

5. Safety files: based on our customers’ needs and requirements, we assist with industry-specific safety files. We provide hardcopy files as well as cloud-based safety files to accommodate not only small contractors but also large companies with multiple sites or projects that require individual health and safety files.

6. ISO Standards: Analyzing ,design ,implementation ,auditing and maintaining of various ISO Standards with the goal of achieving a Guaranteed success rate in all management system implementations. These standards include ISO 9001:ISO 45001: ISO 14001 :ISO 31001 and ISO 22000.

7. We are part of the INTRATM group, which operates not only on a national but also on an international scale. As part of our quality control, our training materials are SAQA / QTCO aligned. We provide legal compliance and skill training, and Saiosh members who complete verified training can earn CDP points toward their professional status.
