Gap Analysis Audits

Initially, the Management System is compared to the standard and then undergoes change either through a Management System being implemented, or the current Management System improving to meet the requirements of the standard.

Methodology for implementation


Plan
Projects undergo a ‘GAP analysis Audit’ to establish the maturity of the client’s systems and processes. The findings are presented to the client from the audit report in conjunction with a project implementation proposal with a service level agreement including a timeline that is in line with the organization’s unique requirements.
All Systems are designed and developed in this line to ensure long-term success and for consistent delivery and maintenance of client’s needs while still being creative and innovative.

Design
The information gathered during the Gap analysis audit will determine the scope of work that the project requires. Interviews with both employers, employees and interested parties will commence to determine their needs and expectations as outlined in the context of the organization. This process will ensure we understand the organization’s leadership and business model, responsibilities, policies and required business processes.
Development
The first part of this step is understanding the impacts by individuals and risks on processes and procedures. This will ensure that documented information is in line with the client’s scope, context and opportunities. The verification of business processes against Mandatory System Requirements will enable us to identify the gaps and streamline their processes for better efficiencies.

Implementation
Once the design processes are completed the physical implementation will commence through active involvement of all staff members through a variety of training programs and supportive serves.

Evaluate
Internal Audits are done on processes, policies and objective for measurements, performance evaluation and their efficiencies. Aa Management Review Meeting will be held and the outcomes thereof will be implemented to finalize the system, cycle and initiate preparations for certification.
